Returns and Exchanges
We are so bummed you are not satisfied with your order!
Please see the information below to go about exchanging your items or receiving store credit for your purchase.
**All items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached, and in original condition. Items must not smell of cigarette smoke or perfume, laundry detergent or have deodorant stains or visible wear from being worn, or they will not be accepted.**
Please include your packing slip with your return. Tribe Boutique must receive the items within 14 days of the shipping date of purchase to receive store credit. Any items past the deadline and not meeting the return requirements may be subject to refusal. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs upon returning your item.
If your return meets the requirements above, we will be happy to issue store credit or an exchange once the items have been received. (Please note that due to us not wanting our awesome customers all wearing the same outfits, our inventory is constantly changing. Because of this, exchanges may not be possible.)

There are no returns on clearance items or items labeled as FINAL SALE.
Also, all accessory items are FINAL SALE: This includes, but is not limited to: scarves, hats, gloves, socks, bralettes, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses and wallets.
Defective or damaged merchandise:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt!
If you believe you have received an item that is defective in any way, please email us within 3 days of receiving your shipment so that we may rectify the situation. Also, please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to either email address listed below and you will receive a response within 24 hours. Your satisfaction and positive customer service experience with Tribe Boutique is our #1 priority.
