Happy Hour

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup Kahlua
• 1 T. Dark crème de cacao liqueur 
• 1 cup hot chocolate
• whipped cream, chocolate spnkles, chocolate syrup for garnish

Place scoop of ice cream into a glass, add Kahlua and crème de cacao to a glass, pour hot chocolate over the top. Top with whipped cream and any other garnishes!

• 2 oz Malibu Passion Fruit Rum
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz coconut cream
• Sprite

Mix first three ingredients in a shaker over ice.  Pour in low ball glass over ice and top with Sprite! 

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

1 lb bacon

1 16oz pkg little smokies

1 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Cut bacon slices into thirds and wrap around a sausage. Sprinkle the sausages with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes. 

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken drained

¾ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Heat on low until all ingredients are combined stirring frequently. Top with extra cheese and eat with Fritos scoops, Tostitos or celery sticks.

Puppy Chow

6 cups rice chex

2 cups milk chocolate chips

¼ cup peanut butter

1 stick butter

Powdered sugar

Melt butter in the microwave and stir in peanut butter and chocolate chips until melted. Pour over rice Chex and let set for 30 minutes. Pour 2 cups powdered sugar over top and shake. Continue to add more until covered to your liking!

Ham & Cheese Sliders

24 Kings Hawaiian Rolls

1 lb sliced white cheese

1 lb ham slices

Assemble the sandwiches and place in 2 9x13 pans.

Sauce:

4 T. Brown sugar

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 T. Mustard

2 T. Poppy seeds

1 cup butter

Put all but the poppy seeds in a saucepan and bring to boil. Shut off heat and let sauce cool. Pour evenly over sandwiches and cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until heated through.

• 1 bottle champagne
• 1 package cotton candy (any flavor)

Put some cotton candy in the bottom of the champagne flute and fill up the glass. Place more cotton candy on top for garnish!

• 2oz tequila 
• 2oz lemon juice
• 2oz simple syrup
• 2oz cranberry juice

Mix All ingredients in shaker and pour over ice in a glass!

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1/2 oz orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz lim juice
• 2 oz ginger ale

Garnish with cranberries, rosemary sprig and a sugared rim, if you’re fancy:) Festive for the season!

• 2 oz Crown apple
• 1 oz apple pucker
• 1 oz lime juice
• cranberry juice

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Top the rest with cranberry juice and enjoy!

• 1 oz Kahlua

• 1-2 oz half and half
• caramel drizzle for drizzle

Pour Kahlua and vodka over ice in a glass.  Top with half and half and drizzle with caramel ice cream topping. Enjoy!

• 1oz cherry vodka

• Dr. Pepper

Fill a glass with ice, pour in vodka and grenadine, top with Dr. Pepper and enjoy!

• 1 oz cranberry juice

Mix together and shake. Pour over ice and enjoy!

• 1oz Baileys Irish cream

Shake over ice and serve in a martini glass! Salt the rim for a sweet and salty drink!

• 1 can frozen lemonade
• 16oz. Frozen strawberries puréed 
• 3 cups water with 1 cup sugar dissolved in it
• 2 cups Malibu rum
• 1 liter 7-Up

Mix all ingredients together and put in a freezer safe container. Top with 7-Up and enjoy!

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 Can Bubly Melted Ice Pop

Empty the can of Bubly and fill with ice.  Pour over ingredients in order and fill with the rest of the Bubly Melted ice pop!

• 1 cup watermelon vodka
• 1/3 cup triple sec
• 1/3 cup Malibu rum
• 4 scoops pink lemonade mix
• water

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher or drink container. Fill the rest of the container with water and stir until the lemonade mix is fully dissolved. Refrigerate and serve with ice 🍓 

• 2oz fireball
• 1oz Malibu rum
• 2oz pineapple juice
• 1oz orange juice

Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice! Garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired.

• 1/2 oz peach schnapps
• 1 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice

Mix together and serve over ice!🍑

• 1.75 liter of vodka
• 2 52oz jugs of Minute Maid lemonade
• 6 packets of blue raspberry starburst drink mix
• club soda to top it off
• 5 sliced up lemons

Mix together in a big canister and serve over ice!

• 1.5 oz peach schnapps
• 1.5 oz peach vodka
• 1 oz lime juice
• Saranac ginger beer

Mix first three ingredients and pour over ice in a chilled copper mug.  Top it off with ginger ale and enjoy!

• 2 oz Crown Royal Peach
• 1 oz lemonade
• 1 oz Sprite
• Splash of grenadine

• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz grenadine

Pour ingredients over ice and garnish with a lemon slice!

• 6 oz tequila blanco
• 4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz light agave nectar
• 1 large jalapeño 
• 2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
• 3 oz club soda

In a large cocktail shaker jar, muddle jalapeño and 1 oz agave syrup together. Add tequila, lime juice and orange juice and fill rest of shaker with ice. Fill each glass with ice and pour 1 oz club soda into each glass.  Garnish with Tajin seasoning around the rim of the glass!

• 1 gallon Simply Lemonade
• 1 packet cherry Kool-Aid
• 2 cups vodka

Pour out 2 cups of Simply Lemonade into a glass. Add packet of cherry Kool-Aid and 2 cups vodka.  Shake and refrigerate until ready to serve! 

• 1/2 cup vodka
• 4 PEEPS

Soak peeps overnight in vodka. Mix PEEP infused vodka with pink lemonade and enjoy!

• 64 oz mango cranberry juice
• 1 cup peach schnapps
• 6 cups white strawberry cranberry juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 1/2 cups pineapple Malibu Rum

Mix in a drink container and add ice! Refreshing summer drink!

• 1 oz vodka
• 2 oz chocolate liqueur 
• 2 oz Irish cream
• 2 oz coffee creamer

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker over ice and serve in a martini glass! 

• 1 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 oz blue curaco
• 4 oz orange juice

• 1 oz peach vodka
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz orange juice or grapefruit juice
• 3 oz peach Fresca

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice! Garnish with Grapefruit slice or lime wedge.

• 1 oz vodka
• 2 oz pink lemonade vodka
• 4 oz pink lemonade
• 2 oz lemon lime soda

Mix together and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge!

• Welch’s sparkling white grape juice
• grenadine
• orange juice

Pour a champagne flute 3/4 full of grape juice, top with orange juice and lastly grenadine!  Sip and enjoy!

• 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
• 3 cups vodka 
• 1 1/3 cups cranberry juice

Pour above ingredients in pitcher and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.  Pour in a cup with ice and top with ginger beer!

• 3 oz Rumchata
• 3 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 3 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur 

Mix the above ingredients in a shake over ice.  Garnish glass with chocolate syrup and cheers!

• 1 oz tequila
• 1 oz amaretto
• 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

Mix all the above ingredients together and pour over a full glass of ice!

• 64oz green Hawaiian punch
• 1 large can pineapple juice
• 2 cups vodka
• 1 liter sprite
• 1/2 gallon lime sherbet

• 1oz vanilla rum
• 1oz blue curaçao 
• 1oz peppermint schnapps
• 5oz sprite

• 1 1/2oz vanilla vodka
• 1 1/2oz Irish cream
• 2oz whole milk
• 1oz amaretto
• 1 tsp powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve with frosting and sprinkles on the rim!

• 2oz Fireball
• Fill the rest of the glass with A&W Cream Soda
• Top with a squirt of whipped cream and ENJOY!

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 oz lemonade

Mix together over ice and garnish with an orange wheel!

• 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
• 1 oz Vanilla vodka
• 2 oz of coconut cream
• 4 oz lemon-lime soda

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the Malibu, Vanilla vodka, and Coconut Cream.  Shake well, making sure the coconut cream is mixed well. Strain into a glass and top with lemon lime soda!

• 1 cup apple cider
• 1 oz lime juice

Mix together and serve over ice!  Our favorite cider to use is from Deal’s Orchard!

• 1 bottle Pinot Grigio 
• 1 bottle coconut rum
• 1 jar maraschino cherries
• 1 can pineapple juice
• Frozen pineapple chunks

• 1 1/2 oz kissed caramel vodka
• 1 1/2oz ginger ale
• 1 1/2oz club soda
• lime wedge for garnish

Mix together and serve over ice in a copper cup!

• 2 1/2 T frozen pink lemonade
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 12 oz can light beer

This refreshing drink is perfect for the hot August temps!  Mix together and chill!

• 1oz Absolut Citron
• 1oz Grand Marnier
• 1/2oz grenadine
• 1oz orange juice 

Shake all ingredients over ice and enjoy!

• Absolute Citron

Use equal parts of each and serve over lots of ice.  Can top off with 7-Up if needed😊

• 1/2 oz coconut rum
• 2 oz Maui Blue Hawaiian Schnapps
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• Sprite

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice.  Top with a splash of Sprite!

• 1 cup pink lemonade
• 1 cup ginger ale
• 1/2 cup pink whitney
• 1/2 cup malibu

Fill glass with ice and pour all of these ingredients over top.  Stir and serve! This recipe makes 3 tall glasses!  

• 3 oz cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Triple Sec

In a shaker, add above ingredients over ice and shake! Can make as a big batch drink and serve in a pitcher!

• 2 liters lemonade
• 1 liter pineapple coconut sparkling water
• 1 bottle coconut rum

Mix together in a pitcher and add lots of ice!

• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1 bottle Pinot Grigio 
• 1 bottle grapefruit juice
• 1 liter sprite 

• 2 oz berry vodka
• 1 oz lime juice
• 4 oz ginger beer

Mix together and serve over ice in a Moscow Mule cup!  Garnish with fresh berries!

• 1 bottle Moscato
• 1 large can pineapple juice
• 2 cups Peach Schnapps
• 2 cups Sprite

Feel free to mix the amounts to your liking, stir up and enjoy!

• 1oz Kahlua

Stir together in a pitcher and serve chilled!

Shake over ice and serve in martini glass!

• 1/4 cup squeezed clementines
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz triple sec

Mix all of the above over ice in a shaker and serve!

• 6 cups cranberry juice
• 6 cups diet 7-up
• 4 cups pineapple juice
• 2 cups rum or vodka

Mix together in a large pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh cranberries!

• 2 oz vodka
• 2 oz peppermint Schnapps
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1 oz white chocolate liqueur 

Combine ingredients and shake in shaker full of ice.  Garnish with a candy cane!

• 4 cups cranberry juice
• 1 cup silver tequilla
• 1 cup triple sec
• 1/2 cup lime juice

Mix together in a blender and add ice for the consistency you like!  Makes 4 servings.

• 6oz heavy cream
• 1oz root beer Schnapps’s 
• 1oz vodka
• 1oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

Refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice!  Makes 2 drinks.

• 1 container frozen apple juice
• 1 2 liter Sprite Zero
• 1 bottle Fireball

Mix together and serve with ice!

• 5 oz Apple cider
• 1 oz Amaretto
• Caramel sauce

in a shaker combine ice, apple cider and Amaretto, shake well!  Drizzle caramel sauce in cup and serve!

• 4 oz white rum
• 4 oz amaretto
• 12 oz orange juice
• 18 oz pineapple juice
• Cherries for garnish

Mix above ingredients together and serve over ice.  Garnish with cherries!

• 1 bottle Simply Limeade
• 1 pkt cherry Kool Aid
• 1 1/2 cups vodka

• 3 oz peach vodka
• 1 oz peach schnapp’s
• 1 oz cranberry juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously!  Enjoy in a martini glass.

• 1 large bottle white wine
• 1 can pineapple juice
• 2 cans sprite

• 1 part Razzmatazz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 part lemon flavored vodka
• 4 parts lemonade

• 1 cup citrus vodka
• 1 container frozen pink lemonade
• 1 liter lemon/lime soda
• garnish with raspberries and lemons

• Chi Chi’s Margarita Mix
• 1/2 cup Prickly Pear Syrup
• Ice

Pour 1 bottle margarita mix into pitcher.  Add 1/2 cup Prickly Pear Syrup mix together and serve over ice.

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz Kaluha
• 2 oz Rumchata
• 1 oz half & half

Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice.  Can sugar the rim of the glass with cinnamon and sugar!

• 1 big bottle moscato
• 1 two liter bottle ginger ale
• 2 bottles Simply Fruit Punch

Mix together and serve with frozen fruit and ice!

• 1 bottle sparkling wine
• 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
• 1/4 sugar
• 2 large oranges slices
• 1 cup pomegranate arils 

Mix all above ingredients together and serve with ice.  Top with ginger ale or 7-up!

• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1/3 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur 

Shake all the above ingredients over ice.  Pour into low ball glasses and top with sprite or ginger ale!

• 2 oz gin
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• 2 oz tonic water

Mix above ingredients together and serve over ice.  Garnish with grapefruit slices and Rosemary sprigs.

• 4 oz tequilla
• 3 oz blue curaçao 
• 3 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz lime juice

Stir ingredients together and pour over ice in glasses.  Garnish with lime wedge.

• 2 bottles Pinot Grigio wine
• 1 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
• 2 cans peach nectar
• 1 can pink lemonade 
• frozen peaches and mixed fruit

Mix all ingredients together and add frozen fruit just before serving!

• 4 oz White Zinfandel box wine
• 1 oz diet tonic water
• sliced lemons and limes

• 2 oz strawberry vodka
• 1 oz strawberry Fanta
• 1 oz like juice
• top it off with ginger beer

Pour it all over ice in a copper mug and enjoy!

• 3 oz coconut milk
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 oz Malibu Rum

Blend with ice and serve!  Can garnish with coconut flakes.

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup tequila
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 oz grenadine
• 1/3 cup club soda

Mix together over ice and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

• 4 oz Blue Chair Bay banana rum cream
• 1 cup ice

Blend together and garnish glass with chocolate syrup!

• 1 cup hot chocolate
• 2oz Rumchata
• garnish with whipped cream

• 2 oz Malibu Rum
• 2 oz Coconut Cream
• 1 cup ice

Blend together and garnish with coconut in martini glass!

• 1 cup vodka
• 1 cup Prosecco
• 1/2 cup Blue Curaçao 
• 1/2 cup lemonade
• Combine all in a blender with ice.  Blend until desired consistency.  Sugar rimmer optional.  

• 1 oz Malibu Rum
• 2 oz Vodka
• 4 oz Cranberry Juice
• Shake over ice and serve in a martini glass.  Garnish with fresh cranberries.

• 1 T Grand Marnier
• 1 T Lime Juice
• 2 T Cranberry Juice
• Top the rest of the glass with sparkling wine or any kind
• Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime wedge

• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz root beer schnapps
• 4 oz milk
• 4 oz coke

Fill glass with ice.  Pour in above ingredients and top with coke.  

• 1 oz grenadine
• 1 oz Fireball Whiskey
• 2 oz apple cider
• 1 oz ginger ale

Mix above ingredients and pour over ice.  Garnish with a cherry!

• 1 part sparkling wine
• 1 part apple cider
• Dip the rim in cinnamon and sugar
• Garnish with an apple

• 1/2 cup caramel vodka
• 1/2 cup Kahlua
• 1 1/2 cup milk or cream
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Shake it all together and serve over ice!

• 3 oz Peach Crown
• 1 can frozen lemonade
• 3 fresh peaches
• 24 oz water

Blend all together and serve!  Makes 2 drinks.

• 3 cups pineapple juice
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup vodka

• 2 cups peaches
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup peach vodka
• 1/4 cup Peach Schnapps
• 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate thawed
• 750 ml white zin

Mix everything together in a pitcher and stir well.  Refrigerate overnight and serve with peach slices.

Mix everything together in a blender and serve with pineapple wedge.

• 1 oz Amaretto
• 1 cup Raspberry Lemonade

Mix the above ingredients together.  Fill a high ball glass with ice and top with one scoop of orange sherbet.  Pour mixture over top and serve with a straw!

• 3/4 cup coconut or white rum
• 1 small can pineapple juice
• 1 16oz can frozen pineapple

Blend together and serve!  Perfect for a hot summer day!

• 1 pkg frozen peaches
• 1 bottle white wine of your choice

Blend together and serve!

• Frozen Peaches
• 2 T. sugar
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine

Blend frozen peaches, sugar and Schnapps.  Pour into bottom of champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.  

• Juice of one lime
• 5 fresh mint leaves
• 5 fresh raspberries
• 1 oz simple syrup

Muddle together in a shaker.  Pour in 

• 4 oz coconut rum
• 1 cup ice

Shake until combined and pour over ice in a glass and top with club soda.  Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh raspberries and enjoy!

Strawberry Lemon Mimosa

• 1 oz strawberry puree
• 2 oz lemonade
• 3 oz champagne

Pour into champagne flute and enjoy!  Perfect for Mother's Day brunch!

• 1 oz grapefruit vodka or vodka
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 3 oz grapefruit juice

Shake over ice and enjoy!  

• 2 oz Hawaiian Blue Punch
• 2 oz 7-Up
• 2 oz Rum (white or coconut)
• 1 oz pineapple juice

Serve over ice and enjoy!
